A gregarious and dynamic comedian with a knack for telling it like it is, Rob Pue has become one of the brightest voices to ever hit the Canadian comedy scene. With unmistakable charm and wit and trademark act outs, Rob delivers a must-see performance that has helped him to generate an impressive comedic resume.
Rob started doing stand-up comedy in 1996, and within a year, he had won his first comedy competition. Declared “Alberta’s Funniest New Comic,” he toured western Canada for the next several years impressing audiences and developing a reputation as one of the brightest voices to hit the Canadian comedy scene.
In 2003, Pue was selected to perform in the Just for Laughs “Homegrown” comedy competition in Montreal. In the same year, he landed in San Francisco to perform at the prestigious San Francisco Comedy Competition. He caught his big break in 2003 when he was cast on MTV’s Punk’d, pulling televised shenanigans on unassuming celebrities. In 2004, he performed at the Just For Laughs comedy festival, and he also filmed a performance on Comedy Central’s Premium Blend, and in 2007, he shot his first special on CTV’s Comedy Now!
